To Use BIM 360 Viewing and Markup Tools for Civil 3D Drawings

You can use the BIM 360 viewing and markup tools with the drawings you have stored in BIM 360.

• View a drawing in 2D and 3D: When you click a drawing in the BIM 360 web interface, it opens in the BIM 360 Viewer where you can switch between 2D and 3D views as well as views that you've saved in the drawing in Civil 3D. You can also view different versions of the drawing to see what has changed.
  Note: If a drawing contains only 2D objects, a 3D view will not be available for it in the BIM 360 Viewer.
• Use markups: You can use the markup tools to add public or private notes on drawings.
• Create issues: You can create issues and assign them to other project members.

To view a drawing and its version history in the BIM 360 Viewer

1. Go to the BIM 360 website.
2. Navigate to the account, project, and project folder that contains the drawing you want to view.
3. Click a drawing to display it in the BIM 360 Viewer.
4. Click the history icon to display a list of document versions.
   Note: Each time a document is saved, the version is increased by 1.
5. Click a version to display it in the BIM 360 Viewer.

To mark up a drawing in the BIM 360 Viewer

1. On the BIM 360 website, navigate to the account, project, and project folder that contains the drawing you want to view.
2. Click a drawing to display it in the BIM 360 Viewer.
3. Use the Markup Toolbar to add markups to the drawing.
