Pressure Networks Command Reference

You can use commands to quickly access pressure network functionality. The following table lists the pressure network Autodesk Civil 3D commands and briefly describes their functionality.

AddAppurtenance	Adds an appurtenance to a pressure network in plan view
AddAppurtTable	Creates a table that contains data about appurtenances from one or more pressure networks
AddAppurtenanceInPV	Adds an appurtenance to a pressure network in profile view
AddBranchFitting	Adds an appropriate branch fitting at the intersection of two pipe runs
AddFitting	Adds a fitting to a pressure network in plan view
AddFittingInPV	Adds a vertical bend to a pressure network in profile view
AddFittingTable	Creates a table that contains data about fittings from one or more pressure networks
AddPipeRun	Creates an additional pipe run for a pressure network
AddPipeRunBend	Adds a bend and a point of intersection to the selected pipe run
AddPipeRunFromObj	Creates a pipe run from an object
AddPressureNetworkLabels	Creates pressure network labels using the Add Labels dialog box
AddPressurePartPlanLabel	Creates a label for a pressure network part displayed in plan view
AddPressurePartProfLabel	Creates a label for a pressure network part displayed in profile view

BreakPressurePipeInPV	Breaks a pressure pipe into two separate pressure pipes at a selected point in a profile view
ChangePrPipeElevation	Modifies the elevation of multiple selected parts by moving them in the profile view
ChangePrPipeSlope	Modifies the slope of multiple connected pressure network parts
ClosePressurePlanLayout	Saves the pressure network and closes the ribbon tab
ClosePressureProfileLayout	Saves the pressure network and closes the ribbon tab
ConvertTo3DSolids	Converts pipe networks and pressure networks to AutoCAD solids
CreateAlignFromPressureNW	Creates an alignment from a pressure network
CreatePbPrNetworkFromObj	Creates a path-based pressure network from an AutoCAD entity or an Autodesk Civil 3D object
CreatePipeRunFromParts	Creates a path-based pipe run from parts in an existing pressure network
CreatePressureFromIndModel	Converts industry model data to an Autodesk Civil 3D pressure network
CreatePressureNetwork	Creates a part-based pressure network using the Pressure Network Plan Layout tools

FollowSurfaceInPV	Modifies pressure network parts so that they follow the elevation of the reference surface
MergePipeRuns	Merges two connected pipe runs into a single pipe run
MovePressureParts	Repositions selected pressure network parts to a new location in the drawing
PressurePipesAndBends	Creates pressure network pipe segments in plan view and inserts bends at directional changes
PressurePipesAndBendsInPV	Creates pressure network pipe segments in profile view and inserts vertical bends at directional changes
PressurePipeToPipe	Creates pressure network pipe segments in plan view and inserts deflected pipes at directional changes
RemovePipeRunPI	Removes a point of intersection (PI) and its associated part from a pipe run
RunDepthCheck	Identifies pressure network parts that violate minimum and maximum depths
RunDesignCheck	Identifies open connections and pressure network parts that violate allowable parameters
SetPressureNetworkCatalog	Specifies the pressure network catalog, which is the source for the components that are used to create the parts list
ShowPressurePanorama	Opens the pressure network panorama to view and edit pressure network properties
ShowTabPressureNoSel	Displays the Pressure Network contextual tab
SlidePressureParts	Moves a group of parts along another pressure pipe
SwapPressureNetworkParts	Changes the type, family, and/or size of selected parts in a pressure network
