The 2020.2 Inventor Nastran release improves support for Explicit analysis, and fixes several defects reported by customers.
The 2020.1 Inventor Nastran release supports two additional analysis types in technical preview: Explicit Dynamics and Explicit Quasi-Static. These analyses are further supported by Rigid material configuration, and a Rigid constraint and load types, and a new material, Crushable Foam.
