To clean up cached files

1. Right-click the collaboration project in the Project Manager tree and click Cleanup Cached Files.

   Your locally cached drawing files are removed to provide more disk space. The command removes locally cached drawings that aren't opened or checked out, so the next time you open one that was previously cached it will be downloaded from the cloud collaboration project.
