Select your collaboration project at the top level node in the Project Manager.
Right-click and click Create Project Backup.
Note: A Plant Project Backup dialog box is displayed that shows what you need to back up the project; exclusive project access, amount of disk space needed and approximately how long it will take.
Click Change to specify a location for your backup and click OK.
Click Backup Project Now.
Note: All the files to be backed up must be closed before the backup starts. A dialog box prompting you to close any open drawings is displayed if necessary.
