To Refresh a Collaboration Project

1. Right-click the collaboration project in the Project Manager tree and click Refresh from Project.
   The Refreshing Project Data dialog box displays and your local project files and settings are updated from the cloud collaboration project.

   Note: By default, this happens every time interval that has been set in the Collaboration Options dialog box.
