To Create a Collaboration Project

1. Open the project you want to upload as a collaboration project.
2. Click Collaboration tabShare Project .

   The Plant Project Collaboration dialog box displays, listing the steps to share your project on the cloud.

3. Click Login and sign in with your Autodesk account.

   You are prompted to close all open drawings and your existing hubs in BIM 360 Team Project folders are displayed. Hubs are available in the drop-down

4. Select your BIM 360 Team project folder and click Upload Project.
   Note: Your project, including the database, is copied to the BIM 360 Team folder. Your existing project is not altered and remains intact.
5. You can invite team members to the Collaboration project after it finishes uploading. Clicking Invite My Team takes you to the BIM 360 Team Project folder on the web.

   The BIM 360 Team hub is displayed.

6. Click Invite and type in their email addresses.
7. Click Send Invitations.
