Run Checks in Autodesk Revit Model Review

Select the check file to run against your model(s) to check specific BIM standards.

1. Click Add-Ins tabModel Review panelCheck.
2. Choose a Check File from the dropdown list.
3. Pick how you would like to run this against the project from the following choices:
   • Current Model (default)
   • Current Model and Linked Models
   • Select Folder, will process a chosen folder and any sub-folders

After choosing the Model Selection, pressing OK starts processing the model(s). 

Once complete the results are displayed in the Check Result Browser.

Note: You can run checks against Project (.rvt) files and in Revit 2010 and higher Family (.rfa) files.

Note: Processing time varies based on factors such as how large the project model(s) are, and the number of checks within the chosen check file. The total time each individual check takes to process the model is displayed in the status bar of the Check Results Browser.
