To discontinue the use of a connected workgroup environment, workgroup replication must be disabled. Before disabling workgroup replication, all workgroups must be deleted.
- In the navigation pane, select Workgroups.
- Right-click and select Disable Workgroup Replication.
- If the subscribing sites have not been deleted check the box to delete the subscribing sites.
- Click OK.
