Learn how to start the analysis process (linear static).
Note: In this tutorial, we run a linear static analysis. A key strength of Robot is the possibility to define a wide range of analysis types such as linear static, modal, seismic, spectral, harmonic, or time history analyses. - Continue working in your project or open the project Plate_Combinations.rtd.
Note: The Tutorial files are located in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Examples\Tutorials.
- Click
(Analysis 
Calculations).
The calculation process starts. The Calculations dialog shows the advancement of the process, which depends on the size of the project being analyzed.
- Once the calculations are complete the information: Results (FEM): available is displayed at the top and the bottom of the program.
- Save the project as Plate_Analysis.rtd.
