Adds a new item to parameters collection.

Parameters

name
Type: System.String
Name of the new parameter.
value
Type: System.Int32
Value of the new parameter.

Remarks

If the input name exists in collection, this function will not add new item, instead it will return existing item and change its value.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
System.ArgumentException Thrown when name is a empty string.
