Create ROW Parcels Dialog Box

To open the Create ROW Parcels dialog box, in Toolspace, on the Toolbox tab, expand Subscription Extension Manager Montana State Kit, and double-click ROW Parcel Tool.

The Vertical Units dialog box creates right of way parcels from property lines and alignments in the drawing.

Site. Specifies the site from which ROW parcels will be created.

Parcel Style. Specifies the parcel style for the ROW parcel. Select from the following:

• Open Space
• Road (Local)
• Property
• Single-Family
• Standard

Site. Specifies the label style applied to the ROW parcel. Select from one of the following:

• Name Area & Perimeter
• Number Only
• Standard
• Site

Add Segment Labels. Enables labeling for line segments and arcs.

• Line Label Style. Specifies the label style applied to line segments in the ROW parcel. Select from the following:
  • [Span] Bearing and Distance with Crows Feet
  • Overall Distance and Bearing
  • Bearing over Distance
  • Iron Pipe Node Label
  • Standard
• Arc Label Styles. Specifies the label style applied to arcs in the ROW parcel. Select either Distance over Radius & Delta or Standard.
• Add Labels Clockwise. Specifies that segment labels are placed clockwise in the ROW parcel.
