Simulate the toolpaths to see the result of the feature recognition.
To simulate the toolpaths:
- Click Home tab > Simulation panel > Sim mode menu > 3D to change the simulation type.
- Click
Play
on the Simulation toolbar to start the simulation.
The 3D cutting simulation is displayed in the graphics window.
If there are any gouges, the simulation is paused and a warning is displayed.
- When the simulation is complete, check the part to ensure there are no gouges and all the features have been machined correctly.
- Click
Stop
to end the simulation.
