Convert a report to PowerPoint

Convert an existing report to PowerPoint format.

Microsoft PowerPoint must be installed on your machine for the conversion to be possible.

1. Click (Reports tab > Reports panel > Edit Report).
2. Click Next until the Report Layout page appears.
3. Select Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation from the Report Format drop down list.
4. Click Generate.

The report is converted into a PowerPoint presentation.

Each Report Item (result or text blocks) is a separate PowerPoint slide. To play an animated result click on the image in the slide.

The format of a report is represented in the Project View pane. For example:

• Report (HTML) is HTML format.
• Report (DOC) is a Word document.
• Report (PPT) is a PowerPoint presentation.
