The AsdkHlrApi<version>.dbx file has been removed from the ObjectARX SDK and no longer needs to be distributed with your custom ObjectARX applications. This file is now installed with AutoCAD-based products. If you were previously distributing the file, make sure to update your installers and applications accordingly.
