Wireframe Rendering in the Visualization Menu

Find this option under Visualization > Wireframe Rendering.

When this option is checked, it toggle wireframe rendering on. All objects are drawn in the set render mode and with a wireframe overtop. The wireframe color can be set in Edit > Preferences > Render Options > Wireframe.
