Select Reinforcement > Display to select the types of reinforcing bars presented in the graphical viewer in the calculated elements of an RC structure. The option is available in the menu of the modules used for designing RC structure elements (RC Beam, RC Columns, Foundations, Deep Beams).
The above-presented dialog box contains four main types of reinforcement used in RC structures. All are toggled on by default.
- Main reinforcement
- Transversal reinforcement
- Structural reinforcement
- Reinforcement of openings (only for beams and deep beams).
Each covers different types of reinforcing bars (the drawing above displays the reinforcing bar types for transversal reinforcement in deep beams). To open the group containing the selected reinforcement type, click the name of the reinforcement type in the dialog.
Each reinforcement type belonging to the selected reinforcement category can be presented. Note the following symbols and their meaning.
