Definition of solid properties

After clicking Definition of solid properties in the Solid properties dialog, the following displays.

To define a new solid property:

1. Enter a label of the property type being defined.
2. Select a color for the property type being defined.
3. Enter a material model.
4. Define parameters characterizing the material model.

Clicking Import from databasebutton opens an additional dialog, in which you can select a material from the material databases. After a material is selected, the parameters are entered in the appropriate fields in the Definition of solid properties dialog.

After defining the parameters and clicking Add, a defined property type is added to the list of active solid properties types.
