Use this option to determine the limit values of internal forces; thus the force values 'negligible' for a specific section may be disregarded. Access the option by clicking the Exclude internal forces from calculations button in the Configuration dialog.
There are two possibilities for excluding an internal force from the member design.
- By switching off all the values of a selected internal force
- By switching off some of the values of a selected internal force; the limit values specified (the minimum and the maximum ones) are the limit values of stresses. There is a possibility of defining relative limit values (in relation to the admissible stress) and absolute ones (expressed in MPa).
Click the Zero button to remove settings from all the edit fields.
