Parameters of geometry of the beam-to-column steel connection include:

• connection type
• column parameters
• beam parameters.

2 types of beam-to-column connection can be defined:

• bolted
• welded.

Geometrical and material parameters of the steel column and the steel beam for which to create a connection, display in the center of the dialog.

After checking the box next to "The same material used for all components", all connection components that allow material selection (except for connected members) will follow the common material selection.

Note: The number of tabs in this dialog depends on a selected connection type: bolted or welded.
