Autodesk Collaboration for Civil 3D, which is available when you subscribe to Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro, lets you perform all data shortcut creation and management tasks in data shortcut projects that are stored in Autodesk Docs.
If you haven't got Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro and Autodesk Collaboration for Civil 3D, you can perform some data shortcut related tasks with an Autodesk Docs subscription. For example, you can open and work in drawings that contain data shortcut references and you can synchronise and validate data shortcuts.
However, to create and manage data shortcuts and references in an Autodesk Docs project, you'll need access to Autodesk Collaboration for Civil 3D, which is available when you subscribe to Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro.
