The New Key Tools toolbar includes tools to work with keys and tangents.
Track View > Curve Editor > Right-click an empty toolbar area
> Show Toolbars > New Keys Tools
Interface
Snap Scales
Moves the Scale Origin to the first selected key.
Note: Scale Values must be enabled to use the Snap Scales tool.
Scale Tangents Up
Increases the tangents of the selected keys. If multiple keys are selected, press Shift to only increase the inner tangents.
Scale Tangents Down
Decreases the tangents of the selected keys. If multiple keys are selected, press Shift to only decrease the inner tangents.
Flatten
Flattens the selected keys to the same value as the first key in the selection.
Note: You must have a minimum of two keys selected.
Grow Key Selection
Selects the keys adjacent to the one selected. Press Shift to deselect the outer two keys.
Select Next Key
Deselects the currently selected key and selects the next key. Press Shift to select the previous key.
Isolate Curve
Displays only curves with one or more keys selected.
Ease to Next Key
Reduces the difference in value between the selected key to the next key. Press Shift to reduce the value to the previous key.
Flatten to Average Value
Determines the average value of the selected keys and assigns the average value to each. Press Shift to weld all selected keys average value and time.
Loop
Copies the first key value to the last frame of the current animation range. Press Shift to copy the first key value of the current animation to the last animation.
Nudge
Moves the key slightly right. Press Shift to move the key slightly left.
Split
Replaces the selected key with two keys.
Mirror Tangents
Mirrors the selected key's tangents to the adjacent keys.
Space Keys Evenly
Adjusts the spacing so all keys are evenly distributed in time between the first and last key.
Relax Keys
Ease key values and tangents between the first and last keys selected. Press Shift to align the keys between the first and last keys selected.
