Buffer Curves Toolbar

The Buffer Curves Toolbar provides tools to facilitate change management when moving curves. When a tangent is moved, the original curve is ghosted so you can see its original position.

• Track View > Curve Editor > Right-click an empty toolbar area > Buffer Curves

Using the Buffer Curves toolbar allows you to quickly revert to the curve's original position, change the buffer curve's location, and swap between the buffer curve and the actual curve.

Interface

Use Buffer Curves

Toggles creating a ghosted image of the original curve when a curve/tangent is moved.

Show/Hide Buffer Curves

Toggles displaying or hiding the buffer (ghosted) curves.

Swap Curves with Buffer

Exchanges the positions of the curve and the buffer (ghosted) curve.

Snapshot

Resets the buffer (ghosted) curve to the curve's current position.

Revert to Buffer Curve

Resets the curve to the buffer (ghosted) curve's position.
