The Walk Through button is one way to begin walkthrough navigation.
The Walk Through button is available on the Pan/Truck And Walkthrough flyout. The flyout and button don't appear for orthographic viewports or for spotlight viewports. These don't provide walkthrough navigation.
The other way to begin walkthrough navigation is to press the up-arrow key.
