Lets you create clumps of hair.

Select an object with the Hair And Fur modifier applied. >
Modify panel > Clumping Parameters rollout
The clumping effect is stronger than the Multi Strand effect.
Interface
- Clumps
- Sets the number of clumps of hair, relative to the total hair count.
- Strength
- The greater the Strength, the more strongly tips in a clump are attracted to each other. Range: 0.0 to 1.0.
- Scruffle
- The greater the value, the more Scruffle bends clumps inward, using a random direction for each clump. Range: 0.0 to 400.0.

- Rotation
- Twists each clump. Range: 0.0 to 1.0.
- Rot[ation] Offset
- Offsets the tips of a clump from the roots. Range: 0.0 to 1.0.
High Rotation and Rotation Offset values make a clump more of a curl.
- Colors
- Nonzero values vary the colors among clumps. Range: 0.0 to 1.0.
- Randomize
- Flatness
- Squeezes each clump in a direction perpendicular to the comb direction: The effect is to mat the hair so it resembles the fur of a cat or a bear, for example.
