FAQ: How to view Advance Steel models exported to IFC?

1. Download the IFC viewer from http://www.ifcbrowser.com/.
2. Export an Advance Steel model to an IFC file: on the ribbon, select Export & Import > Exchange formats > (Export IFC).

   

3. View the IFC model in the IFC viewer: from the main menu, select File > Open and select the IFC file.

It is possible to rotate, zoom, etc.
