Manage shelves
Add, remove, rename, save, and load shelves.
The shelf menu appears when you click the 
icon in the title bar, or when you right-click anywhere on the title bar.
Create a shelf
- Choose New shelf from the menu on the Shelves window title bar.
Remove a shelf
-drag the shelf tab and drop it on the trash can icon.
Rename a shelf
- Hold
and double-click the shelf title tab.
Save your shelves
Choose Save shelf set from the
menu on the Shelves window title bar.The shelf set name appears at the bottom of the menu and can be selected to replace the current shelf set at any time.
Load a saved shelf set
Do one of the following
- Choose the shelf set from the menu on the Shelves window title bar.
- Choose Replace shelf set from the menu on the Shelves window title bar, and select the corresponding .scm file in the browser.
Delete a saved shelf set
- Find the shelf set in the menu on the Shelves window title bar.
- Scroll down to the small delete icon next to the name until it turns red, then release the mouse button.
- Click Yes in the confirm box.
Change the position of the Shelves window
- Choose Preferences > Interface > Palette/Shelves Layout
. - Choose a position for the Shelves window and click Go.
