Layers > Custom Colors > Random Folder Colors

Randomly assigns colors to layer folders that do not already have color assigned.

Layer folders that already have colors assigned will retain their original color.

Lightens or darkens the layer folder colors.

Color Saturation

Makes the colors more or less saturated (more intense or pale).
