Layers > Custom Colors > Random Layer Colors

Randomly assigns colors to layers that do not already have color assigned.

Layers that already have colors assigned will retain their original color.

Lightens or darkens the layer colors.

Color Saturation

Makes the colors more or less saturated (more intense or pale).
