Preferences > Interface > Marking Menus
Opens a special shelf window allowing you to edit the tools/menu items included on the marking menus.

Show Option Box
If this option is checked on, tool names appearing in the marking menus include the 
icon if they have options. Sliding the cursor over the icon lets you open the option window for the tool.
Note:
Hold down the

keys simultaneously and click one of the three mouse buttons to see marking menus.
