Purge Invisible AEC Data

Previously, a warning message is displayed when you try to save an AutoCAD drawing to an older version. This message persists even after removing all AutoCAD Architecture custom objects and cleaning up the drawing with the AutoCAD PURGE command.

In this release, the new PURGEAECDATA command removes the invisible AEC data in the drawing allowing you to save the drawing to a previous version without any errors.

Note:

• The PURGEAECDATA command cannot purge drawings with attached xrefs.
• The PURGEAECDATA command is available only when AutoCAD Architecture is launched with an AutoCAD profile.
• Use PURGE to delete unused named objects such as block definitions and so on.
