About Customizing Schedule Tables Workflow

You can specify property set definitions and property data formats to customize the information collected from objects and how it displays in the schedule. You can also create schedule tables with the schedule tools that are provided.

1 Adjust the information collected and displayed from objects Create or modify schedule table styles to determine the types of objects listed in a schedule table, what data is displayed, and how the data is organized.
2 Specify the object’s information to display Identify the property set definitions to be listed for each object in the schedule table.

4 Add a schedule table Create a new schedule table or use a predefined schedule table tool to display construction data collected from objects in your drawing.
5 Add or modify object information Attach property set data to objects in the drawing.
6 Edit the schedule as needed Changes you make to objects, styles, and object data are reflected in the schedule table. You can also edit schedule tables directly.
