Opens a dialog for creating a section object from the section line.
The section line defines the extents of the section that you extract from the building model. Sections lines can be straight or jogged. You can also specify the length and the height of the area defined by the section line. Section marks, which typically contain a letter or number and indicate the direction of the section, appear at each end of the section line.
After you draw the section line, you can create a section object or a live section view from the line.
