At the Command prompt, merges selected layers into a target layer.
The layer you select to merge into the target layer is deleted.
The following prompts are displayed.
- Select object on layer to merge
- Select an object that is on the layer to be merged and removed.
- Select object on target layer
- Select an object that will inherit the objects on the layer that is being merged.
- Name
- Specifies the name of a layer to either merge or serve as a destination. Enter ? to display a list of available layers.
- Do you wish to continue?
- Enter Yes or No to verify that you want to complete the merge operation.
