Ctrl+click is used to select subobjects (faces, edges, and vertices) on 3D solids, surfaces, and meshes.

Ctrl+click is used to cycle through overlapping objects. Disallows using Ctrl+click to select subobjects on 3D solids, surfaces, and meshes.

Ctrl+click is used to select subobjects (faces, edges, and vertices) on 3D solids, surfaces, and meshes when SUBOBJSELECTIONMODE is set to 0.

If SUBOBJSELECTIONMODE is set to 1, 2, 3,4, or 5, it is not necessary to hold down the Ctrl key to select subobjects.

If you hold down the Ctrl key when SUBOBJSELECTIONMODE is set to 1, 2, 3,4, or 5, the subobject filter is turned off until the Ctrl key is released.
