Sets the expected encoding to use when reading the output from an external editor while editing MText.

0	Automatically detect the format of the output file
1	ANSI format
2	UTF-8 format
3	UTF-8 with BOM format
4	UTF-16LE format
5	UTF-16BE format

Note: The external editor to use for editing MText can be specified with the MTEXTED system variable.
