To Add a Rotation Prompt for Block or Xref Tool Placement

Use this method to cause a Rotation prompt to be displayed when you click a block or xref tool to insert it from a tool palette.

1. In a tool palette, right-click a block or xref tool and select Properties.
2. In the Tool Properties dialog box, under Insert, click the Prompt for Rotation box and select Yes.
