Captures a portion of the online map to an object known as a map image, and embeds it in the drawing area.
A map image contains a cached image of the online map, which can be displayed and plotted even when you are not connected to the Internet. You can capture the online map only if the current view is a plan view of the WCS.
The following prompts are displayed.
- Viewport Find
- Captures the visible area of the online map in the current viewport. This can be a layout viewport or the current view on the Model tab.
- First corner Find
- Captures the online map of a specified rectangular area. Specify one corner of the rectangular area. If the current UCS is not planar with WCS, the current UCS temporarily changes to the UCS the online map resides on, while specifying the boundary.
- Opposite corner - Specifies the diagonally opposite corner of the rectangular area.
