You can use named page setups to specify the same output options for all layouts in a Projects. 
Apply a Named Page Setup to a Project 
 
   
  
- Click 
		. 
	 
 
- In the Project Manager Palette, select a project. Click Open. 
	 
 
- Right-click in the Project area. Click New Project. 
	 
 
- For the New Project, enter a Project number and project Name. Click OK. 
	 
 
- In the Project Manager, under Projects, double-click the new project. 
	 
 
- Click 
		. 
	 
 
- In the Page Setup Manager, under Page Setups, select a named page setup. Click Set Current. 
		
Named page setups are not enclosed in asterisks. 
		
 
	  
- Click Close. 
	 
 
 
 
Apply a Named Page Setup as an Override When Publishing Sheets
 
   
  
- Click 
		. 
	 
 
- In the Open Project dialog box, select a Project. Click Open. 
	 
 
- In the Project Manager, in the Projects area, select a Project to publish. 
	 
 
- At the top of the Project Manager, click the Publish button. 
	 
 
- On the shortcut menu, place your cursor over Publish Using Page Setup Override. 
	 
 
- On the submenu, click the named page setup you want to use.
