AutoCAD Mechanical toolset does not pickup tolerance methods and fit representations from dimension styles. These values are read in from the Windows registry.
AutoCAD Mechanical toolset enables you to select a tolerance method and a fit representation as the defaults for the Power Dimension family of commands. Because these settings are in the Windows registry, they do not transfer from one computer to another through templates.
