Inserts an entire fastening assembly using items from a standard content library.

Summary

A wizard enables you to select the parts, features and parameters for the fastener assembly. You can only select parts and features listed as standard content for the assembly.

This command launches the Screw Connection wizard to let you set the parameters for the screw connection. The command line options change depending on the views you select on this wizard.

List of Prompts

The following prompts are displayed.

Insertion point

Specifies where to insert the screw connection.

End point

Specifies the end point of the hole through which the screw connection is inserted.

Gap after hole

Specifies the gap between plates when the screw connection is inserted through two plates that have a gap between them.

Drag size

Specifies the length of the screw connection. You can enter a value or specify a point in the drawing area.
