AMGROOVE2D (Command)

Inserts a circlip and draws the corresponding groove on a shaft.

Summary

You can place the circlip on the outer contour of a shaft or inside a hollow shaft. A wizard enables you to select the type circlip and view to insert.

Use the Select a Retaining Ring/Circlip dialog box to select the type and view to insert.

Insertion Point

Specifies a point on a shaft contour for the starting point of the key.

Centerline of shaft

Specifies the centerline around which the command draws the circlip.
