AMTHOLE2D (Command)

Inserts a through hole from a standard content library.

Summary

A wizard enables you to select the type, the view, and the diameter of the hole to insert. In the front view, you drag to specify the length. Only the holes listed as standard content are available with this command. Use the AMCONTENTLIB command to access custom content.

Use the Select a Through Hole dialog box to select the type of hole and the view to insert. In the Nominal Diameter dialog box, select a size.

Insertion point

Specifies where to insert the hole.

Rotation angle

Specifies how far to rotate the hole about its insertion point.

Hole length

Specifies the length and the direction for the hole by dragging or entering a value.
