AMUNDERCUT2D (Command)

Inserts an undercut on a shaft.

Summary

A wizard enables you to specify the type, the view, and the size of the undercut you want to insert. You can also create a detail view of the centerhole during the same command session.

Use the dialog box to select an external or internal type to insert. In the Select Part Size dialog box, select the size for undercut.

List of Prompts

The following prompts are displayed.

Insertion Point

Specifies a location for the undercut on the shaft contour.

Centerline

Specifies the centerline around which the program must draw the undercut.

Detail view

Creates and places a detail view of the undercut in the drawing area.
