To Edit a Library Folder (AutoCAD Mechanical Toolset)

Block panel
Library
.
Find
In the Library dialog box, select the folder you want to edit, and right-click.
From the shortcut menu, choose Edit.
In the Edit Library dialog box, make the desired changes.
Choose OK.
