Copying moving and rotating objects are common operations. You often need to perform these operations in sequence. As such having these operations built into a single command can save time.
Even though AutoCAD Mechanical toolset provides the Power Manipulator for this purpose, you may find it cumbersome for lightweight operations. AutoCAD Mechanical toolset provides the AMCOPYRM command to enable you to copy, rotate, and move objects quickly.
AMCOPYRM, copies, then rotates, and after that moves an object. However you can use command line options to change the order of operations or suppress a given operation (for example, copy and rotate only, not move).
AutoCAD Mechanical toolset also provides three other commands that are derived from this command. These commands perform frequently used variations of this command.
AMCOPYRM_R copies and rotates an object without moving it. AMCOPYRM_MR copies (optional), moves then rotates an object. AMCOPYRM_RM copies (optional) rotates then moves an object.
