AMUTSLOT2D (Command)

Inserts a slot of a specified size.

Summary

The insertion process for holes is controlled by the Select a User Slot dialog box. Select the type of hole and the view to insert. In the Parameter for Slot dialog box specify the length and the nominal diameter. In the Nominal Diameter dialog box specify the nominal diameter or by dragging or entering a value.

List of Prompts

The following prompts are displayed.

Insertion point

Specifies where to insert the slot. In the front and side views, specifies one end of the through slot.

End point

Specifies the other end of the slot.

Rotation angle

Specifies how far to rotate the slot about its insertion point.

Drag size

Specifies the length of the slot .
