In this exercise, you use the Raster Design Options dialog box to control feature settings.
This dialog box contains settings that apply to all features, such as the image detach options, and settings that apply to specific features, such as the raster entity manipulation (REM) settings.
You can access the Raster Design Options dialog box using either of these methods:
To Set AutoCAD Raster Design Toolset Options
When this checkbox is cleared, the product looks first in the same directory as the image for resource correlation files.
When you erase an image, the product automatically detaches the image from the drawing.
Using shift-click to select an image is particularly helpful when you are zoomed in to the image and cannot see the image frame to select it.
The product prompts you to save edited images during quick saves.
The Image menu is included with the AutoCAD menus when you start AutoCAD Raster Design toolset.
The product displays warning messages in message boxes.
Image files are not locked while you are working with them.
Thumbnails allow faster display of the image preview when you insert an image.
Access AutoCAD Raster Design toolset Options from the shortcut menu
If you right-click when the pointer is positioned outside the drawing area, a different shortcut menu is displayed.
