These settings specify the default color of REM objects, and the way REM objects are copied to the clipboard.
The default color of REM objects is red. If you define REM objects in color or grayscale images, only the vector boundary of the object is red. If you define REM objects in a bitonal image, the entire object is red. Enhanced bitonal region objects also have a red vector boundary.
