Gets or sets whether to rebuild the surface when surface definition is changed.

Remarks

If Surface.AutoRebuild and Surface.IsOutOfDate are both true, the Surface will be automatically rebuilt in the end of the command. Surface.AutoRebuild can't be set if the surface object is a data Shortcut reference.
